Let me just say this right now. Aside from this chick faking her workout for likes, If you’re one of those “wanna be fitness models” who idolizes these women and thinks that if you “work hard enough” you’ll achieve their level of physical fitness, you’re a special kind of stupid. I’m not taking anything away from women who generally want to workout and better themselves physically, because I think that’s one of the most attractive qualities out there. But when you truly believe doing squats 2-3 times a week and following a strict diet plan will give you the ass of an mythical greek goddess, my female friend you are quiet frankly mistaken.

Any guy who’s ever been in the gym for more than a few hours can tell you exactly when a woman is “naturally fit,” and I’d go as far to say as 80% of Instagram fitness models, or at least the ones I know of, don’t fall into that category.

Now I know what you’re thinking, “well don’t you post these fitness models all the time?” Well hell yeah we do, they’re hot as fuck am I right? Can’t help be a guy and appreciate beauty when you see it, even if you know it’s not natural.

But at the same time, I’m not looking at guys like Steve Cook, thinking if I hit the gym 7 days a week and change my entire diet to chicken breast and egg whites I’ll have washboard abs and a bird chest. That shit’s just not happening without a little “extra” help, and same goes for anyone else with piss poor genetics.
